Our Audiologist & Physician AssistantMeet Brooke Schmisseur, AuD
Dr. Schmisseur has extensive training in both adult and pediatric hearing assessment and adult vestibular and balance testing. She has applied and enhanced these skills during her last six years in clinical audiology practice. Dr. Schmisseur grew up in a family with many hearing aid users and eventually became one herself. Because of this, she is able to provide helpful and personal insight to the acceptance of hearing loss, for the patient as well as the patient’s immediate circle of family and friends, and make the adjustment to hearing aid use is fulfilling an experience as possible.

Meet Nathaniel A. Stevens, PA-C
Nate has been a practicing Physician Assistant for over 3 years, and in addition to otolaryngology, has experience in plastic and cosmetic surgery, as well as orthopedic surgery. A Physician Assistant is a health professional licensed to practice medicine with physician supervision, performing a wide range of medical duties including patient office visits, assisting in surgery and providing pre- and postoperative care. He has cared for patients of all ages and strives to maintain the highest quality of care. By seeing patients independently, Nate works to effectively deliver prompt patient services and streamlined care while maintaining an open line of communication with Dr. Para.
